Using the latest technology in computerized CAD/CAM systems, EPM technicians create sophisticated and complex machining and fabrication programs.

Many of EPM’s milling and turning machines are directly linked to this system, enabling us to design and create components to match nearly any specification with speed and accuracy.

Metal Spray 

MetalSpray Metal spray, the process of adding metal back to worn surfaces, is a major element in the repair or restoration of machined components.

After preparation with abrasive grit blasting, new machineable or grindable coatings are applied to both ferrous and non-ferrous materials using the Thermal Spray and/or Arc Spray processes. All components are cleaned in EPM’s glass bead booth before being machined and restored to OEM specifications.

Welding Welding 

  • Complete welding capabilities including arc, tig, submerged arc, mig and portable
  • Metalax stress relieving
  • All welders certified AWS D1.1

Any post-welding stress in major components is detected with the Metalax Vibration Stress Relief machine, and relieved by computerinduced harmonics.
